Chrome plated bolts have a long lasting, high luster finish. Every bolt is double nickel plated to surpass 48 hour salt spray testing.
Our bolts are forged, not cut from bar stock. Forging allows for better mechanical properties and consistent quality. Our threads are rolled (forged) onto the bolt, not cut like most of our competitors.
Our Bolts are made of Carbon Steel and Heat Treated to 10.9 grade. Carbon Steel is an alloy known for its very good form-ability, comparatively high strength, and a very good surface finish.
1.Design provides more seating surface than traditional lug bolts.
2.To ensure even distribution of the clamp load and uniform seating of the lug bolt to the wheel, our standard for concentricity of the bearing surface to the pitch diameter meets or exceeds OEM standard.
3.Our bolts are through-hardened and heat treated to reach the depth of hardness needed for advanced security and reliable strength.
4.Better thread engagement enables your car to withstand the rigors of your daily on-road drive.
There are several types of lug hole seats that are specifically designed to work with a corresponding lug type. For example, an acorn lug will need to be used with wheels that have a tapered lug seat. Using lugs that don't match the lug seat will result in a wheel that is improperly attached and could cause damage or even break free from your truck.
